Peer Support Program

The Peer Suport Program (PSP) is designed to support you if you have any problems or wellbeing issues which are not emergencies. 

If you are here to request support for yourself and:

• You feel like you need support in less than 12 hours, and
• You are due are to report within the next 12 hours,

You must contact your Ops Team and declare yourself unfit to fly. If you wish, you can inform them that you will then be seeking help from PSP, but that is not a requirement. After you have done this please return to our site and register your details for contact with a peer.

Peer Support is strictly limited to listening support, wellbeing advice (i.e. non-specialist and non-clinical advice surrounding lifestyle choices), and signposting to specialist services.
